Just before the weekend, all readers who cook ask themselves this eternal question: what are we going to eat? To inspire you, The Press suggests a recipe that will make your mouth water.
A nice meal salad, perfect for summer (and to make little ones love broccoli)!
Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli in small florets, stem removed
- 1 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1 apple, finely diced
- 3/4 cup cheese of your choice, finely diced
- Coarsely chopped walnuts, to taste
- Salt pepper
Ingredients for the vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 C. tablespoon of whole-grain mustard
- 1 C. tablespoon of honey
- 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 or 3 pinches of spicy smoked paprika (to taste)
- Salt pepper
Preparation
- 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette with a whisk until smooth. Season well and set aside.
- 2. In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad. Add the vinaigrette, mix, season and serve.
