Recipe: Iced Coconut-Honey-Cinnamon Latte | The duty

An energizing and refreshing frozen drink that will make you feel like you’re extending summer in these back-to-school times!

Servings: 2

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 can of 400 ml coconut milk (not light)

½ cup (125 ml) water

2 tbsp. tablespoon (30 ml) honey

½ tsp. teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla

1 C. teaspoon (5 ml) cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

2 long espressos, ⅓ cup (80 ml) each

3 cups (750 ml) ice cubes

Preparation

1. In a blender, blend the coconut milk, water, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until very smooth.

2. Divide the ice cubes between two glasses.

3. Pour the coffee into the two glasses.

4. Pour the coconut milk mixture into both glasses.
