Recipe: black forest balls | The duty

Makes about 30 balls
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

3 cups (300 g) crumbled chocolate cake
1 cup almond flour
1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
½ cup pitted fresh or canned Bing cherries
Cold water

Preparation

1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of the food processor, except the chocolate chips.

2. Add water, 1 tbsp. tablespoons at a time, and mix until a ball forms with the texture of cookie dough.

3. Shape into balls using about 1 tbsp. tablespoon of the preparation per ball. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the chocolate pastilles into a bowl, then melt them in the microwave on maximum power, for 2 to 5 minutes depending on the power of the appliance.

5. Coat the balls with melted chocolate, then place them in the refrigerator until the chocolate has completely hardened. All you have to do is serve!
