(New York) NBA fined Raptors guard Fred VanVleet $ 15,000 for obscene gesture during Thursday’s game against the 76ers of Philadelphia.
The incident took place with just 23 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter of the game the Raptors won 115-109 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
VanVleet had just pulled off an important three-point shot when he celebrated with his gesture as he came back towards his team’s bench.
He finished the game with 32 points, the highest total for the Raptors.
