Raptors end the year on the right foot

The Raptors came out on top in the fourth quarter to win 116-108 over the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday New Year’s Eve in Toronto.

A 34-point harvest in the final and final quarter of the game saw the Torontonians go for a 15th win this season.

Pascal Siakam was the most productive of Nick Nurse’s squad collecting 25 points and 19 rebounds.

Quebecer Chris Boucher was used for 23 minutes, claiming 6 points and 9 rebounds.

On the visitors’ side, it was Marcus Morris who stood out the most with a performance of 20 points and 6 rebounds.

By virtue of this victory, the Raptors (15-17) occupy the 11th echelon of the Eastern Conference. The New York Knicks will be the next visitors to the Scotiabank Arena on Sunday.
