Raptors: a new agreement for Armoni Brooks

The Toronto Raptors reached terms with guard Armoni Brooks on a new deal on Saturday.

According to sports site The Athletic, the 23-year-old athlete’s new contract would be for two seasons.

In the past month, Brooks has signed two 10-day deals with the Queen City squad. He also spent time with the Houston Rockets organization in 2021-22.

In eight games with the Raptors, the Texas native averaged 2.9 points and 1.4 rebounds per game. He was used around 11 minutes per game.

In the evening, the only Canadian club in the NBA will face the Indiana Pacers at Scotiabank Arena.
