(Halifax) Nova Scotia rapper Pat Stay died Monday after suffering a stabbing attack in Halifax on Sunday.

The 36-year-old was known for participating in oratorical contests and was popular on social media.
He had released a new song last Friday on YouTube, shortly before his death. The video had amassed over 300,000 views as of Monday.
Police have not named a possible suspect and are asking for the cooperation of anyone with information about the crime.
