Gérard Depardieu, Fabrice Luchini, Pierre Palmade, Julien Clerc… the biggest stars have passed through Ramatuelle. And the festival is back for a new edition, full of promise and stars. From July 31 to August 12, 2022, musicians and actors will follow one another on the stage of the Théâtre de Verdure for unforgettable performances.
Sunday July 31, Murielle Mayette and Francis Perrin will be on the bill at Jean-Claude Brialy still has things to tell you. On August 1, Patrick Bruel will perform, followed by François-Xavier Demaison the next day, who will come to play his show Divine wine(s). Wednesday August 3, Milan Kundera will pay homage to Diderot in a play in 3 acts with Stéphane Hillel or Nicolas Briançon. Thursday August 4, Alex Vizorek will come and play his show Ad Vitamand the next day, Victoria Abril and Lionnel Astier will perform in the comedy funny kind. Saturday August 6, it is the immense Isabelle Adjani who will defend The Vertigo Marilynthe story of a flickering star (Marilyn Monroe).
Monday August 8, Eric Antoine will present a Best Of of his greatest tricks. On the 9th, Michel Leeb and Anne Jacquemin will play unmentionable, the brand new piece by Eric Assous. Wednesday, August 10, Francis Perrin will bring up to date one of Molière’s most famous comedies, Women’s school. Thursday, August 11, Sarah Biasini and Emmanuelle Galabru will be part of the troupe present to discover An unexpected visitor by Agatha Christie. Finally, on Friday August 12, it is Calogero who will make festival-goers dream for the closing.
Jacqueline Franjou, the president of the festival and Michel Boujenah, the artistic director of Ramatuelle, have a message for you: “Dear friends, the whole world is turned upside down, we have gone through two years of Covid and today “War” at the gates of Europe. Theaters have been destroyed but the artists are standing up to communicate to us messages of peace and life. For 37 years, the Festival de Ramatuelle has been sending you this message of peace, friendship, encounters, shared happiness and eternity. We pay tribute this year to Michel Bouquet who loved Ramatuelle so much, an unforgettable and irreplaceable master.
