This tour, originally scheduled for March 2020, had been canceled due to the pandemic. After being off the stage for 11 years, the band finally got back on the road this summer, but during the second show in Chicago on July 11, the singer injured his leg.

It was in a wheelchair that Zack de La Rocha gave the following shows — including the one on the Plains at the Festival d’été de Québec on July 16. But a month after his injury, his doctors recommended that he stop everything to allow him to fully recover, the band announced on their Instagram account.

The group will therefore give its last shows at Madison Square Garden this Friday, August 12 and August 14, before going back on hiatus.
