(Laval) Rafaël Harvey-Pinard recorded a hat trick and the Laval Rocket beat the Manitoba Moose 6-3 on Wednesday night at Place Bell.
It was a first American Hockey League hat trick for Harvey-Pinard, who added an assist to tie his career-high with four points.
Jesse Ylonen, Nate Schnarr and Mitchell Stephens also scored for the Rocket (13-15-4), which recorded a third consecutive victory. Rem Pitlick had a strong game contributing to four goals for his team.
Kevin Poulin yielded three times in 24 shots in front of the cage of the Montreal Canadiens school club.
Wyatt Bongiovanni, Evan Polei and Joseph Nardi replied for the Moose (16-10-3), which suffered a third loss in a row.
Oskari Salminen stopped 32 of 38 pucks aimed at him in a losing cause.
