Radio Poll | 98.5 FM still at the top, ICI Première in constant progression

ICI Première persists and signs with a new “historic breakthrough” in the polls, while 98.5 FM continues to dominate the airwaves of metropolitan radio. This is revealed by the latest probe from the firm Numeris, unveiled on Wednesday, which covers the period from November 28, 2022 to February 26, 2023.


Cogeco’s antenna therefore continues to sit at the top of the list of the most listened-to stations in French-speaking Greater Montreal with 22.7% of listening shares, a result practically identical to its score last winter (22.8). Moreover, ICI Première radio (95.1 FM) is delighted to have established a “historic record”, “all seasons combined”, with 18.3% of the listening share (tied with the winter 2022). For its part, ICI Musique recorded an increase of 3.4 points compared to winter 2020, and obtained 5.8% of the listening shares.

The public broadcaster has 6 of the 10 most listened to programs in Greater Montreal, including 4 in the top 5 : See you next week (2e position), the Saturday edition of Draw me a morning (3e position), Noon info (4e location) and Penelope (5e position).

Peneloppe McQuade’s program slips into the top 5 of the most listened to programs in Greater Montreal.

The channel is followed, among others, in order by Rouge (7.8%), Énergie (7.6%), CKOI (6.5%) and ICI Musique (5.8%).
