ICI Première listeners will be able to hear him on Fridays on Patrick Masbourian’s morning show. He will perform his first surgery on September 2.

This is a reunion for Paul Houde and Patrick Masbourian. The two were among the collaborators of the cult show The end of the world is at 7 o’clock at TQS at the turn of the 1990s and 2000s.

The arrival of Paul Houde was announced Monday at the launch of ICI Première programming. Paul Houde left 98.5 FM after a 15-year association. The Cogeco Media station had not renewed its contract.

Among the other new features of ICI Première, note the arrival of Raymond Saint-Pierre, Édith Cochrane and Isabelle Brouillette in the team of collaborators of Pénélope McQuade, in the matinees.

The two new afternoon appointments, The day (is still young) and There will always be culture, will hit the air on September 5. Hosted by Jean-Philippe Wauthier, the first will be broadcast on weekdays from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Olivier Niquet will take part in it every day, while Jean-Sébastien Girard will be there “on occasion”.

Led by Émilie Perreault, the second program will talk about literature, but also about creation in all its forms. The host will be surrounded by “culture enthusiasts”, including comedian Mariana Mazza, journalist Claudia Larochelle and author Heather O’Neil.

We should also mention the airing, on Tuesday, September 6, of a new weekly literary program entitled tell me what you read, hosted by Karyne Lefebvre. On Wednesdays, Stéphane Leclair will be at the helm of the Great interviewsthen on Thursdays, Paul Journet and Rose-Aimée Autumn T. Morin will drive crazy ideas.
