This pure organic Sangiovese is undeniably charming, but it is not easy. You have to lean over her shoulder to fall in love with her fragrances. The cherry is black and its bouquet is amber, openworked with more earthy and vegetal notes of humus. The tannin is fresh, very fine in its big shoes, all well controlled in the barrel. (5+)
