The government will also inject funds to promote the re-qualification of workers in sectors with labor shortages.
In his opening speech for the new parliamentary session on October 19, François Legault promised to add 100,000 skilled workers in the construction, information technology and engineering sectors, for example.
The economic update of November 25 will also be an opportunity to take stock of the state of public finances.
