The Festival d’été de Québec was forced to evacuate all of its outdoor sites on Thursday evening due to the violent storms underway in the Capitale-Nationale.

The news was announced through social media just minutes before the start of singer Luis Fonsi’s concert.
Her signature song, Despacitowill therefore not resonate on the plains of Arbraham, but well inside the Armory, where the show has been moved, according to what the Festival d’été de Québec has indicated.
Disappointed festival-goers can, however, expect better weather on Friday evening.
