Health authorities reported Friday 1,408 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, a drop of 31 from the previous day. Of these, 24 patients are in intensive care, one less.
Quebec also reports four additional deaths from the disease, but none in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 524 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,304,288 infections have been reported, and 17,971 of them have been fatal.
