Health authorities reported Friday 1,762 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, a drop of 68 from the previous day. Among these, 40 patients are in intensive care, 1 less.
Quebec also reports 14 additional deaths linked to the disease, including 2 in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 739 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,237,025 infections have been reported, and 17,166 of them have proven fatal.
