Quebec reports 1,367 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, as well as two additional deaths.
Since the start of the pandemic, 458,426 infections have been reported, of which 11,596 have been shown to be fatal.
The health authorities have 242 people hospitalized because of the disease in Quebec, an increase of seven compared to the day before. Of these, 59 are in intensive care, one more.
