Quebec reports 6,361 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, as well as 2 additional deaths.
Since the start of the pandemic, 501,698 infections have been reported, and 11,652 of them have been shown to be fatal.
The health authorities have 445 people hospitalized because of the disease in Quebec, an increase of 30 compared to the day before. Of those, 88 are in intensive care, a stable number from Tuesday.
