Quebec City Film Festival | Niagara presented in world premiere

The second feature film by Guillaume Lambert, niagarawill open the 11e edition of the Quebec City Film Festival (FCVQ), which will be held from September 8 to 11.

niagara is a comedy-drama that tells the story of three brothers forced to reunite after their father dies while completing an Ice Bucket Challenge.

Starring François Pérusse, Éric Bernier and Guy Jodoin, niagara will have its world premiere at Le Diamant in Quebec City on September 8 for the opening of the FCVQ. The film crew will take part in the evening open to the public. The cast also includes singer and impersonator Véronique DiCaire, as well as comedian Katherine Levac.

Earlier this summer, in an interview with The PressGuillaume Lambert told us that of all his projects, it is with niagara that he had his greatest artistic freedom.

FCVQ 2022 will hold some forty entirely Quebec screenings. The program will be unveiled on August 9, the day the ticket office opens. Distributed by Entract Films, niagara hits theaters across Quebec on September 16.
