From June 3 to 7, the 6e edition of the Sprint Gala allows everyone to watch the best Quebec films of the year. Going through the Québec Cinéma site, moviegoers will be able to access the majority of nominated productions. Those that are not there will, for the most part, be offered on partner platforms.
“The short and concentrated formula for this year aims to create a strong enthusiasm surrounding the holding of the gala and to encourage public participation in this great celebration of Quebec cinema,” explained Sylvie Quenneville, general manager of Quebec Cinema, in a press release. .
Among the films in the running this year, let’s name Maria Chapdelaine, drunken birds, Beans, norbourg, Sin la Habana, The Time Grabber, Bootlegger and Aline.
The Gala Québec Cinéma, hosted by Geneviève Schmidt, will be presented this Sunday on ICI Télé, starting at 8 p.m.
