Health authorities reported Tuesday 1,600 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, an increase of 34 compared to the previous day. Among these, 33 patients are in intensive care, 4 more than on Monday.
Quebec also reports 12 additional deaths from the disease, including 1 in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 902 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,187,101 infections have been reported, and 16,494 of them have proven fatal.
