Quebec: a septuagenarian is missing

The Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) is asking for the public’s help in finding a septuagenarian who disappeared Friday afternoon in Quebec City.

Jacques Ouellet, 71, was last seen around 3:30 p.m. as he left his residence on rue Montmartre in the Saint-Sauveur district.
The man is said to be walking, and those close to him have reason to fear for his health or safety due to cognitive impairment.
Mr. Ouellet is 5 feet 8 (175 cm) tall and weighs 150 pounds (68 kg). At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black pants, a black coat and a black toque.
