Québec solidaire (QS) undertakes to increase the family allowance by $100 per child under 18, if it is brought to power.
This promise was put forward with the launch on Sunday of the “solidarity calculator”, a sort of questionnaire intended to allow citizens to estimate the impact of a solidary government on their wallet.

“It’s one of the cards we kept in our pocket to make an announcement in the second half of the campaign. The calendar has changed and we used the launch of our solidarity calculator to, by the band, specify a series of our commitments on the tax level, in particular in the family allowance of $ 100, “he said. he mentioned to explain why this promise had not been presented earlier.
Mr. Nadeau-Dubois had taken advantage of his appearance on the show Everybody talks about itSunday evening, with the other chefs to unveil his “solidarity calculator”.
The initiative aims to show voters that a supportive government would improve their quality of life, the politician said. “In the vast majority of cases, for 95% of Quebecers, we will lower their bills”, he mentioned on the set of the show.
