On the sidelines of a new demonstration against the health pass, Saturday, January 22, the deputy LREM Romain Grau, as well as an adviser to the Keeper of the Seals, were attacked by demonstrators.

The images have been circulating on social networks for 24 hours, the LREM deputy Romain Grau, was taken to task by anti-pass demonstrators. A slap and blows were dealt to the deputy. He was spat on and slapped, before managing to take refuge with a neighbor of the parliamentary office. The man, who came to the aid of the deputy, was also manhandled by the demonstrators.

The next day, the deputy is still very shocked by this violent scene. “We feel very weak, compared to a crowd which is barbaric and which wants to fight it out and which wanted to lynch us and which wanted to provoke us in order to be able to lynch us”, he says. A complaint was filed on January 23.
