Spread the word ! The leader of the Kremlin must not be seen as anything other than a loser. He intended to wage a blitzkrieg (blitzkrieg), seizing Ukraine in 48 hours: it didn’t work. The continuation of this conflict is nothing but a pitiful scorched earth policy.
Ukraine has remained sovereign and, above all, honor to it, it has taken away from the master of the Kremlin the taste for ogling other countries where he could extend his pseudo-tsarist empire. The Russian president should gradually regain a sense of proportion and content himself with administering the country he governs.
The West, for its part, now knows that there is no longer any question of planting NATO installations vis-à-vis the Kremlin, under penalty of driving its leader out of his mind. No doubt this conflict will soon result in billions of reconstruction dollars, but Ukraine’s victory is one of courage.
