Purchasing power: the government is preparing several measures

All sectors are affected by inflation and many French people are in great difficulty in the face of rising prices. To fight against this outbreak, the government of Elisabeth Borne will announce measures. From July 1, retirement pensions will be increased by 4%. It is a divisive decision, with some deeming this measure insufficient and others finding it a good start.

Retirees are not the only ones who will experience an increase in their remuneration. The 4% increase should also be found in family allowances, active solidarity income, activity bonuses or the allowance for disabled adults. Also, a food check of 100 euros to which will be added 50 euros per dependent child will be allocated to low-income households. The civil service index point could also be increased.
