Public services: the ranking of the French

In detail, Pôle emploi is rated 4.9/10 and CAF 5.7/10, as are the prefectures. Among the explanations for these poor ratings, the considerable reduction in the human presence, the increased difficulties in reaching a contact person as well as in accessing a reservation.

Health insurance and agricultural social mutuality in the lead

Conversely, respondents are more satisfied of the public services which have retained a physical reception and a counter. At the top of this ranking: health insurance or agricultural social mutuality, with a score of 6.6/10. Then come the local authorities, such as town halls or departments. It should be noted that a third of those who have contacted a public service do so by telephone and the majority remain dissatisfied with the service they received in this way.
