Since 2021, Arthur has produced the game The Great Competition(or Le Grand Concours des Animateurs), and has hosted it since the departure of Alessandra Sublet. According to information from media journalist Kevin Lheriter, which public.fr is able to confirm, the host and producer of the game is preparing the 20th anniversary of this cult TV show. TF1. Launched in 2002 and hosted successively by Carole Rousseau, Laurence Boccolini, Alessandra Sublet then Arthur, this show, available in several different themes such as The Great Competition of the Big heads or The Great Comedian Competitionalways enjoys great audience success.
So, next November, from the Cirque d’Hiver, Arthur will film a special of the Grand Concours, in the presence of the game’s greatest champions. Journalist Julien Arnaud holds the record for trophies, with 6 victories and 9 finals for 14 participations. He is followed by host Christophe Beaugrand, who won the show 4 times, and participated in 8 finals in 19 appearances. Host Alexandre Debanne closes the podium with 3 victories, 8 finals and 20 participations. The first woman is Sandrine Quétier, who, also in 20 participations, won the trophy 2 times, participating in six finals in total.
