The international player announced his departure from the Parisian club on Friday May 10. In reaction, supporters paid tribute to Kylian Mbappé’s sporting achievements.
In a few days, Kylian Mbappé will no longer be the star of Paris-Saint-Germain. A decision which particularly affected his supporters. “It’s sad because he plays well, he’s part of the team,” laments a young man. Dozens of fans gathered on Saturday May 11 at the PSG campus in Poissy (Yvelines) in the hope of being able to see Mbappé one last time after his training.
“He did great things”
After seven years of watching their players evolve within Paris-Saint-Germain, supporters feel a mix of emotions. Many prefer to focus on the positive and wish the player the best in the rest of his career, who will probably play at Real Madrid. “He has done great things, now a new challenge is better for him,” concedes a fan. Some supporters are hoping for the return of the top scorer in PSG history in a few years. For now, fans can support the player on Sunday May 12 during his last match at the Parc des Princes, against Toulouse.
