The verdict is in for The Pulga. Paris-Saint-Germain’s Argentinian star Lionel Messi is “too fair” for the Champions League match against Benfica Lisbon on Tuesday (October 11) at the Parc des Princes, the Parisian club announced in their medical statement on Monday.
“Victim of a little discomfort in the calf” during the C1 match on Benfica’s lawn last Wednesday (1-1), Messi had not played the league match in Reims (0-0) on Saturday.
