It’s time for your fruit trees to get a makeover!
We then practice what we call “the size in green”its purpose being to accelerate the fruiting of the branches of the year.
Remember that this is only of a process for stone fruit trees : it is not a question, here, of a size of formation which, it is done in autumn.
The idea is to rid your cherry trees, peach trees and other mirabelle plums of these rejects (or suckers) which can be placed under the graft of the tree and which will exhaust it unnecessarily.
However, it is necessary avoid touching the “head”it is the future flower buds that prepare the next season in autumn: this intervention is to be carried out in spring.
