(Montreal) The leader of the Conservative Party of Quebec (PCQ), Éric Duhaime, was passing through an affluent neighborhood of Hampstead on Thursday, to present his new candidate, a fervent opponent of Bill 96, for whom the financing of the expansion of Dawson College is a priority.

This Liberal stronghold, mostly English-speaking, includes part of Outremont, Westmount, Côte-Saint-Luc and Hampstead, a city surrounded by the city of Montreal.
The 53-year-old, who teaches marketing at McGill University and Concordia University, served as a city councilor from 2005 to 2015 and was, until recently, a member of D’Arcy’s Liberal board. McGee.
