And for good reasons Nicolas! The story begins last February when the husband of one of them submits to them the idea of doing the 2nd edition of the Trek’in Gazelles next November. And you will say to me:
But what is the Trek’in Gazelles?
Well, it’s an exclusively female Trek in Morocco, a true legacy of the “Aïcha des Gazelles” car rally also organized by the Maïenga Association, the participants meet in teams of 3, an orientation rally with maps and compasses, but on foot! A 100% solidarity and eco-responsible Trek, with total digital disconnection and no waste of water and energy!
The principle: participants must join a maximum of beacons (which will trigger donations directly paid to the 2 associations that are the French popular relief and heart of gazelles which works for schools and integration into work among others.. But that does not stop there, throughout the rally, the participants will pick up the waste they come across to bring them to incineration.
I imagine that it prepares an adventure like that?
Exactly ! Cécile confided to me that the trio had just returned from an orientation course, because we’re not going to lie to each other, in the desert, we quickly get lost.
