In Spain, the amnesty bill brings thousands of people into the streets. This law, which should clear the Catalan separatists of their crimes, was conceded by the Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, in exchange for the support of the separatists. On Sunday, November 12, thousands of Spaniards demonstrated at the call of the right. “He sells the country to the Basques and the separatists, and in exchange for nothing!“, exclaims a demonstrator. Pedro Sanchez should be reappointed as Prime Minister on November 16.
Germany wants to stem child sexual violence
In the Netherlands, 800 Tata Steel employees will lose their jobs. The Indian steel giant has announced the elimination of these positions in order to remain competitive and profitable, while the market is going through a difficult period. The company is one of the largest employers in the country.
In Germany, a campaign to combat sexual violence against children is being implemented. The Minister of Families is launching an operation to make adults aware of this type of abuse which affects thousands of children each year. “17,000 girls and boys under 14 were victims of sexual violence last year. In almost 1 in 7 cases, these were children under 6”explained Lisa Paus
