(Washington) Protected by bulletproof glass, Donald Trump hurled insults at his rival Kamala Harris on Wednesday during his first outdoor campaign rally since the assassination attempt he suffered last month.
The Republican White House candidate, who was holding a rally in the key swing state of North Carolina, accused the Democratic vice president of being the “most radically left-wing person” to enter the presidential race and proclaimed that millions of jobs would “suddenly disappear” if she won.
“Your life savings are going to be completely wiped out,” the 78-year-old real estate mogul told the crowd, one of many dire predictions he made during his speech.
“Our adversaries around the world knew that America could not be trifled with when I was your commander-in-chief,” the former Republican president said.
If Comrade Kamala wins in November, it is almost certain that we will have World War III.

Since she replaced President Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee for the November election, their campaign has been given a new lease of life.
For Donald Trump, the Asheboro rally was an opportunity to try to regain the upper hand.
Before Joe Biden’s abrupt withdrawal from the race, Donald Trump was counting on this kind of show of force to try to crush his 81-year-old opponent.
But Joe Biden has thrown in the towel and the enthusiasm raised by Kamala Harris, 59, in the Democratic camp seems to have disconcerted the Republicans.
It was Trump’s first major outdoor campaign event since he was lightly wounded by a 20-year-old gunman at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in mid-July. One attendee was killed before the gunman was shot.
After the tragedy, the Secret Service, responsible for protecting senior political figures, recommended that he stop taking part in outdoor public events.
The Republican candidate has since held about ten rallies in halls.
The billionaire is campaigning in several key states this week, aiming to try to halt the momentum gained by Kamala Harris, who is managing to draw crowds of more than 10,000 people.
The Democratic vice president was officially sworn in Tuesday evening at the Democratic Party convention in Chicago, which ends Thursday.
