Sales in new real estate continue to fall. To deal with this, the promoters have decided to launch multiple discounts, with offers that interest customers.
5,000 euros discount per piece, free notary fees, trip to Dubai to be won… This fall, promoters are offering promotions everywhere. In Alsace, for the purchase of an apartment, a worker met by the France 2 teams received a voucher for 2,000 euros from a kitchen designer. “Without the offer, I would not have been able to afford to buy the apartment. And therefore to have a better kitchen”he says.
Benefits over several years
In Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), the offer is even more attractive: a transfer of 500 euros per month for four years. Without this discount, a business manager interviewed by 20 Heures would not have been able to become an owner because the credit rate continues to increase. The father’s monthly payments would have been too high. “I think it reassured the banker that I spoke to him about this offer. It was never the time to buy a new apartment,” he explains.
