Promo1618 with Afpa to support young people who have stopped school

We are talking about professional integration for young people aged 16 to almost 18 who have left the school system without qualifications and who have no solution for the future. The Afpa created LaPromo1618 with the local missions to support these young people outside a traditional classroom to build their future.

Thus, for 13 weeks at the Afpa, they discover in concrete terms what the professions consist of, of which they often only have a theoretical vision. They are guided to reveal their talent and find a solution to their life by discovering the Vaucluse job market, the companies that recruit around them and in particular the possibilities of entering an apprenticeship.

There are workshops to create CVs and introduce yourself to a company, and also prepare to pass the highway code. They can also do theater to gain self-confidence. We make them aware of the ecological transition and the development of a sense of citizenship. It is important for these young people in search of hideouts.

To inform young people and their parents, the Afpa welcomes every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 56 avenue Emile Zola in Pontet.

To register, you can also talk to your local mission adviser.
