Two bullets had passed through the windows of the sports café, while around thirty people including children were inside. Yesterday, the correctional court of Chambéry sought to understand what had happened in the minds of these young people.

The driver and the author of the shots were sentenced to two and a half and three and a half years respectively. One of the passengers was given an 18-month suspended sentence. All apologized and expressed regret.

The 4th person implicated was for his part a minor at the time of the facts, he will be summoned later before the juvenile judge. Many victims who are civil parties have obtained several thousand euros in damages.
