Princess Kate, who announced at the end of March that she was undergoing preventive chemotherapy for cancer, indicated on Monday that she had completed this treatment in a message published on social networks.
“I can’t tell you what a relief it is to finally have completed my chemotherapy treatment,” the Princess of Wales said in the message, describing an “extremely tough” nine months for her and her family. “My road to recovery and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes,” she wrote, expressing her “anticipation of getting back to work.”
