It’s been a long time since the British people had the right to a visit from Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle. On Wednesday, June 1, 2022, the Duchess and Duke of Sussex will finally land in the United Kingdom to attend the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, who this year celebrates her 70 years of reign. The opportunity for the clan to be complete: Archie, 3, will be there and his little sister Lilibet Diana will discover her roots for the very first time – she will, moreover, celebrate her first birthday on Saturday June 4 .
This visit will undoubtedly be an opportunity to put the cards on the table for the Sussex couple, who have not been so popular in England since the Megxit. That’s why Prince Harry, who cares about the well-being of his loved ones, fought to get the best of security systems. The Sussexes will therefore be surrounded by armed police during official royal events and when traveling, and will also be protected while they remain on the Queen’s estate. No one will care for them, however, if they choose to attend private events, see friends, or go shopping.
Prince Harry had to take legal action against the Home Office after he lost the right to permanent police protection, as he voluntarily left his post as a member of the British royal family. The young sovereign and Meghan Markle should make the trip from America, accompanied by a small security team, leaving behind the majority of their men in California. They will stay, the time of the trip, at Frogmore Cottage. They will be joined by another team, before attending any public performance: the beauty team of Meghan Markle, who specially brings her make-up artist and her hairdresser to England to be sure of being on top before rubbing shoulders with the Royal family…
