In Port-au-Prince (Haiti), street violence is now commonplace. Chaos has reigned here for months. Gangs have taken control of the country. They prohibited the Prime Minister, who had gone to seek help in Kenya, from returning to the territory. Cornered, Ariel Henry announced his resignation on Monday March 11. “The government that I lead will leave as soon as a presidential council is installed.
