The 77-year-old candidate notably denounced an orchestrated campaign against him.

The former mayor of Bucaramanga created a surprise by qualifying for the second round of the presidential election after a campaign focused on the fight against corruption.

In Florida, approximately 100,000 Colombian citizens can vote for the second round.
