Asked about Emmanuel Macron’s refusal to participate in debates with the other presidential candidates before the first round, Gabriel Attal defend the president explaining that he has already participated in several programs and several meetings with French people.
The government spokesperson gives a glowing assessment of Emmanuel Macron’s five-year term, and responds to critics who find the candidate’s program too right: “The unemployment rate is at its lowest for 15 years, the youth unemployment rate is at its lowest for 40 years. (…) It’s neither right, nor left, nor center, these results.“ For a possible second five-year term of Emmanuel Macron, Gabriel Attal distinct “two major projects” : access to care and education.
