A change of guard is brewing at the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) since President and CEO Catherine Dagenais will bow out next June at the end of her term. The Crown corporation is already undertaking research to find who will succeed him.

Mme Dagenais will leave after a 23-year career at the SAQ. She took control on June 26, 2018. She will therefore complete her term.
Last year, the Crown corporation paid a dividend of $1.35 billion to the Quebec state.
