In the interest of transparency and education on media work, franceinfo is offering a new series immersing you behind the scenes of the radio editorial team. From reporters in the field, to the operation of Agence Radio France, through the different services and professions that make up the channel.
This first episode is dedicated to the preparation of the franceinfo morning show, the opportunity to show and explain how this morning segment is put together. Between the journalists from the “petite matinale” (5 a.m./7 a.m.), the editors-in-chief, the presenting journalists, the teams arrive at the radio between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. The 4-hour conference is a crucial moment. This time for discussion between the teams makes it possible to decide on the major current issues that will be covered on air.
