The first of Fir$ took place Monday evening at the Imperial cinema, rue de Bleury. For the occasion, many team members and special guests walked the red carpet.

Note also the presence of young actors Rodley Pitt and Charles-Aubey Houde. Fir$ tells the story of Rémi (Étienne Galloy), 21, who leaves his native La Tuque to sell Christmas trees in New York in order to repay a debt threatening his future.

Hubert Proulx, Bobby Beshro (right) and Eve Duranceau are also in the cast. The feature film, written by Germain Larochelle, will be released in theaters on December 22.
