It’s been over six years since she’s been on stage! Since her “Anti World Tour” concert tour in 2016, Rihanna had indeed abandoned the concert stages and ceremonies, but her big comeback was worth the wait. This Sunday, February 12, 2023, the famous Barbadian singer made history by performing the show during the Superbowl halftime.
Each year, the final of the American football season is organized with great fanfare by the National Football League and halftime is punctuated by a grandiose concert where the biggest stars in the world perform. Rihanna announces she is pregnant with her second child on the Superbowl stage
It was dressed in red from head to toe that Rihanna entered the stage in front of a crazy audience… and scrutinized by millions of spectators since the Superbowl is the most watched sporting event in the world. During a 13-minute show in which she sang her greatest hits from “Bitch better have my money” to “Only Girl” via “Rude Boy” and “Work” or even “Run This Town”, the singer delighted her fans around the world, and reminded in passing that she was a hit machine before becoming an outstanding businesswoman at the head of several successful brands such as Fenty Beauty, her make-up brand, Fenty Skin, her brand skincare company and Savage x Fenty, her lingerie brand.
If the spectators immediately noticed Rihanna’s rounded belly, the singer announced her pregnancy with a simple gesture, tenderly stroking her belly. We note that a representative of the singer confirmed that the 34-year-old bombshell is pregnant with her second child to the American newspaper “The Hollywood Reporter”, at the end of the concert.
Rihanna is therefore pregnant again, only nine months after the birth of her son who was born in May 2022. As a reminder, her companion and father of her two children is none other than rapper A$AP Rocky.
