It’s almost the end of spring, but Quebecers haven’t seen the flower season set in for a long time, due to the unstable weather that has been affecting the Belle Province for some time.
And this instability will be talked about again, as a frontal system sweeps across most of Quebec on Wednesday, bringing precipitation.
Even the snow is likely to return, since Environment Canada anticipates a few intermittent snowflakes in the La Vérendrye and Laurentides wildlife reserves.
Elsewhere in Quebec, the weather will be mainly rainy, but the snow episode could extend into mountainous terrain, according to forecasts from the federal agency.
This rainy weather will cause the mercury to drop since the maximum temperatures would be between 15 and 16 degrees in Quebec and Montreal.
In the meantime, Quebecers will be able to take advantage of the beautiful sunny weather in effect everywhere on Tuesday with temperatures significantly rising.
The federal agency thus forecasts 23 degrees in Montreal and the southern and central sectors of Quebec, but a little less in the eastern sectors of the province.
In areas of western Quebec, the beautiful sunny weather could be disrupted by dense clouds, followed by a few showers in the late afternoon.
