Several health facilities are affected by power outages. The Fleury Hospital, in Montreal, reports that elective surgeries, radiology tests and endoscopy procedures are canceled on Thursday. Outpatient clinics are also closed. In Montérégie-Ouest, the CLSCs of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Saint-Polycarpe are closed.
At the CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, only a few CHSLDs are without electricity at the moment. Generators took over.
